All products are processed and shipped by us within a period of 5 working days after your order is placed. If you’d like to have it on a specific date, write a special message or anything else please send us an e-mail.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us on email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items an your order number and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
As you know, we are a small art studio and we can not afford to exchange your order. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
